Refund Policy

Upon receiving the learner’s written notice of withdrawal, course fees will be refund as follows:

Refund Percentage % if learner’s written notice of withdrawal is received

  • 100% with Notification received at least 7 working days before the commencement date

  • 75% with Notification received from 4 to 6 working days

  • 50% with Notification received from 1 to 3 working days

  • 0% No show or on class start date or after course start date

Procedures to manage customer complaints, grievances and appeals

  • Learners are allowed to appeal against assessment outcome or request for reassessment by writing in with detailed grounds for appeal / request for reassessment within 1 week of the date of assessment to the Training Manager.

  • All appeal must be lodged in with written letters and a cheque of S$50.00 Appeal Fee; and send to training centre at 3 Ang Mo Kio Street 62 #07-29 Singapore 569139.

  • The Training Manager is responsible for reviewing and giving a decision on appeals against a “Not Yet Competent” (“NYC”) award. The final outcome as set down by the Training Manager is to be abided to by all parties.
