Zing Quotient is a Singapore-based consulting and training organisation that helps companies, training providers and transformation leaders build stronger organisational capabilities.

His work connects training, mentoring, media, AI, ESG and human-centred transformation into practical frameworks for organisations and communities.


Stephanie Tan

Stephanie brings strong expertise in training provider consulting, WSQ and non-WSQ course development, courseware design, compliance documentation and training operations. Her background in supporting companies across multiple sectors strengthens Zing Quotient’s capability in training system development and SkillsFuture-related advisory.
